1970

Established MTAR Unit 1 for BHEL orders.

1978

Established Unit 5 - heat treatments and surface treatment plants.

1980

Unit 3 launched to enhance capacity for component manufacturing.

1983

Started supplying critical components to ISRO.

1985

Started manufacturing high-precision Ball Screws.

1988

Secured HAL, GTRE and ADA as key customers, propelling growth in the Aerospace sector.

1989

Delivered the first Vikas Engine for India’s space program.

1999

Manufacture of Base shroud, Fin assembly and pneumatic components for the Agni missile program.

2008

Supplied grid plates for a 500 MW nuclear reactor.

2010

Established 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU), MTAR Unit-7.

2011

Began manufacturing power units for Bloom Energy.

2018

Launched Aerospace export operations.

2020

Initiated development of Roller screws as an import substitute.

2021

MTAR went public with IPO turning a huge success.

2021

Established Precision Sheet Metal and Heavy Fabrication Unit. (Unit-6)

2022

Acquired GEEPEE Aerospace, further enhancing our aerospace capabilities.

Established Unit-7 for Aerospace Components

NADCAP for special processes in GEEPEE Aerospace

Expansion in 15 Acres of SEZ land near (Unit-6) to establish new unit for Oil & Gas, Machining, Fabrication and Aerospace machining.
