Unit 1

MTAR’s inaugural manufacturing unit was established in 1970. The unit operating both as Head Office and a vital manufacturing hub, is equipped with advanced machinery to deliver high-precision manufacturing solutions for critical applications.

Focus Area: Civilian Nuclear Power & Aerospace.

Unit 2

This unit is equipped with comprehensive infrastructure for manufacturing advanced rocket engines, including Vikas, Cryogenic and Semi-Cryogenic engines.

Capabilities: The unit features expansive clean rooms designed for critical integration activities in space missions, including Class 100,000 and Class 10,000 environments to ensure high cleanliness standards, along with advanced environmental testing facilities to support project requirements.

Fabrication Facility & Large Clean Rooms
The two Class 10,000 clean rooms (L-28m x W-9m and L-14m x W-7m) are designed to support high-precision integration processes. Key capabilities include helicoil insertion, bush fittings, riveting, welding, pressfit, shrink fits, vacuum brazing, and tube fittings and welding.

Unit 3

Established in 1980, the unit specializes in the production of high-precision Ball Screws for both multinational (MNC) and domestic projects including ISRO. A pioneer in indigenous Ball Screw manufacturing, the unit caters to both Build-to-Print and Build-to-Spec requirements, ensuring performance, quality and reliability.

Focus Area: Aerospace and Space applications (Currently undergoing prototype trials at client sites)

Unit 4

This unit serves a supporting role in the manufacturing ecosystem, primarily handling rough machining operations.

Capabilities: Rough Machining

Location: B-34, EEIE, Balanagar Township, Hyderabad 500 037, Telangana, India.

Unit 5

The Surface & Heat Treatment Plant (AS9100 Rev D, NADCAP certified) is equipped to perform a wide range of special processes, including nitriding, anodization, passivation, hard chrome plating, nickel plating, induction hardening, electro polishing, pickling, zinc plating, phosphating, and powder coating.

Unit 6

The Precision Sheet Metal and Heavy Fabrication Facility spans 9 acres with a built-up manufacturing area of 155,000 sq. ft. The unit is organized into three core verticals: Heavy Fabrication, Sheet Metal, and Electronics.

Unit 7

This advanced facility serves as a cornerstone for exporting high-quality components and assemblies for critical international projects. The facility is operational and executing projects for global clients such as GKN, Thales and IAI.

Capabilities: Specialized in Precision Machining , sheet metal fabrication and integration and testing activities

Key Equipment: CNC lathes, 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines, Akira Seiki 3+2 axis machines, routing machines, press brake, and shearing machines. 
A Zeiss 2-Way CMM ensures stringent precision inspection and quality control.

GEEPEE Aerospace– A Subsidiary of MTAR Technologies

GEEPEE Aerospace specialises in advanced chemical processing for critical sectors such as Aerospace, Space, Civilian Nuclear, Clean energy and Oil & Gas.

With NADCAP accreditation and AS9100:2015 certification, GEEPEE upholds the highest quality standards. The facility is supported by in-house destructive and non-destructive testing, a chemical analysis laboratory and a skilled team of experts, to ensure both qualitative and quantitative excellence in every service delivered.

We are committed to serving the needs of major players across aerospace, space, civilian nuclear energy, clean energy, and oil & gas sectors with reliability and precision.

100% Export Oriented Unit

Established in 2010, the AS9100 Rev D certified unit is exclusively dedicated to export-oriented manufacturing. With a focus on quality and compliance, the unit consistently delivers high-precision products for international markets.

Key Equipment: NADCAP-approved paint booth for superior coating and finishing,
5-axis CNC machines, heavy-duty VMCs and turning centers designed for large-component precision manufacturing.

Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to ensure high-accuracy dimensional inspection.
